Synopsis. 

Ashley Khumalo is a troubled 16 year old. The teachers have had enough. Other learners breathe a sigh of relief when she's not around.

Back at home, her mother is a nightmare. Her uncle doesn't care if she lives or dies. Her grandfather's wife is another hectic demon. She can only relate to her friend and her grandfather but still, a lot is hidden in this family.

She does not like who she is and what and whom she has become. But in the process of digging why her mother and others hate her this much, deep secrets are revealed.

When Ashley Khumalo, a sixteen-year-old high school girl, embarks on a journey to find out who she is, she discovers deep secrets about her family. It seems like it's a continuous chain. In her journey, she's met with lies, deceit, and hatred and it turns her into a bully. 

Her classmates and teachers live in terror, while her mother neglects, mistreats and emotionally abuses her. She is a troubled child and only finds acceptance from her friend and grandfather.
